1. Payment Terms
- All bookings require 100% advance payment for confirmation.
- Proof of payment must be shared via email.
2. Cancellation Policy
- More than 30 days prior to check-in:
50% refund at management discretion and depending on peak and off peak period (10% retained as processing charges).
- Less than 30 days prior / No-show / Early departure:
100% retention.
- ( Specific promotional or non-refundable rates may carry stricter conditions, which will be communicated at booking.)
3. Modification of Booking
- Date or room changes are subject to availability and prevailing rates at the time of modification.
4. Refund Processing
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original mode of payment.
5. Cancellation by the Resort
- In rare circumstances such as natural calamities or operational constraints.
- Refunds or alternate dates may be offered at management discretion.
- No additional compensation shall apply.
